We’ve been in Torremolinos since 2014. In 2018 Martin started a company here in Torremolinos to provide excellent, quality and hassle-free services and accommodation. Having rented out our own two apartments since 2014. He has been steadily building our portfolio to provide a choice of properties that match a range of suitability and budgets. Martin’s pride is in building strong and long-lasting relationships, and establishing a good network and a great reputation.
The best holiday you can have is when all you have to do is pack your bags and enjoy your vacation. So you can relax – We’ll take care of it! On arriving at a property booked through us you will find a welcoming and clean home from home. TM can provide a fully stocked fridge on request and are available throughout your stay should you need anything.
TM can also provide a transport service for up to 4 people so you can fully relax from the moment of take-off knowing you will safely arrive at your destination stress-free.
If you would like to rent out your own property – we’ll take care of it!
We offer a range of key holding packages from full all year round holiday rentals to bespoke arrangements for those who may only wish to rent to friends and family. We even offer a maintenance package if you don’t want to rent your property, but find yourself out of the country for extended periods. We will check your property weekly, which provides you with that little extra security and peace of mind – and also some cleaning and plant watering!
If something in your property should break – we’ll take care of it! We have professional craftsmen who can take on all repairs big or small. Pricing for works is always agreed upon with owners before any work is performed.
