The apartment is in a quiet area and is no party apartment and it must be quiet after midnight. Pets are not allowed. Included in the rent: Wifi, bed linen, towels (bath and beach) hot water, and electricity (not for long term rentals 1 month or longer). It is required a 20% deposit of the rental amount upon contract conclusion, deposit refunded after completion of stay and when the apartment is inspected, no later than 48 hours. The pool is not heated and is open from May to 1 October.
